一他国出石切旅稼ニ罷出候者共
組切銘細吟味仕人別受人
相立罷出申候尤御年
貢御役儀等無滞様ニ
可仕候事
一御公儀様被 仰付候
御法度之儀者不及申
常々被 仰付候御仕於先ニ
相背申間敷此段堅相
守候様ニ被 仰付奉得
其意候御事
一此者共儀先々定宿等
脇書相記候通御座候
暮ニ至り不罷帰者御座候
ハヽ請人并五人組早々御

一、他国出石切旅稼ぎに罷り出で候者共
組切銘細に吟味仕り人別受人
相立て罷り出で申し候。もっとも御年
貢御役儀等滞りなきように
仕るべく候事
一、御公儀様仰せ付けられ候
御法度の儀は申すに及ばず
常々仰せ付けられ候御仕置きを先に
背き申すまじく、この段堅く相
守り候ように仰せ付けられその
意を得奉り候御事
一、この者共儀先々定宿等
脇書に相記し候通り御座候
暮れに至り罷り帰らざる者御座候
はば、請人並びに五人組早々御

Regarding the pledge we hereby submit
1. Concerning those who go out to other provinces as traveling stone cutters
We have carefully examined each individual by group and established guarantors for each person
before they departed. Of course, they shall ensure that
annual tribute payments and official duties
are carried out without delay.
1. As ordered by the Shogunate,
not to mention the forbidden matters,
they shall not go against the official regulations
that are constantly proclaimed, and they shall strictly
observe this rule as ordered, understanding
this intent.
1. Regarding these individuals, their usual lodging places
are recorded in the marginal notes as indicated.
Should there be any who do not return
by year's end, the guarantors and five-person groups shall promptly
