右の御入用も少なくない状況であるが、また予期しない公達（朝廷）の御変革により仰せ出された御次第もあり、御上洛をはじめ御家中の面々の御在所の都合については、御入用も莫大なものとなった。これまで下々には艱難をお嫌いになり、品々お手を尽くされたけれども、やむを得ず一昨年の亥年、在中に御用金を仰せ付けられた。市中の義については、大きなものは後の難渋をお嫌いになり仰せ出されなかった。しかし今般の御進発につき遊ばされる
