私の草庵のそばに六、七人の子供たちがいて、いつも窓の前にやって来て遊んでいる。その成長ぶりを見ていると、善悪どちらにも染まりやすいものである。昔、孟子の母がしばしば住まいを移したのも、もっともなことである。幼い子は白い糸のようなもので、青く染めれば青くなり、黄色に染めれば黄色になる。つまり朱（赤）に交われば赤本になってしまう。そこで実語教を絵解きして、あの子供たちの読み物として与え、その白い糸筋を解きほぐそうとする者は
