右の件について、閏十月十二日に近藤氏へ提出したところ、二十八日に許可の通達をいただきました。
提出いたします示談書について
中町紀伊国屋喜平から鉾持町藤屋銀蔵への土地譲渡の件について
これは去る亥年の冬、霜町の鍛冶屋政八から紀伊国屋喜平の父
東十への譲渡の際、鉾持町三好屋文四郎への配慮が不十分であった
こともあり、継続案件となっていました。今回、譲渡人喜平からの申し立てにより、双方
お呼び出しのうえ、ご審査いただき、ご理解により示談を行うよう仰せ付けられ、
承服いたし、示談が成立し、銀蔵から金十両を趣意金として文四郎へ
お渡しし、文四郎から建物を銀蔵へお渡しし、土地については改めて今回
喜平から銀蔵への譲渡として示談が成立し、完了いたしました。これについては

Regarding the land transfer from Kii-ya Kihei of Naka-machi to Fuji-ya Ginzo of Hokoji-machi:
This matter concerns a transfer that took place in the winter of the previous Boar year from blacksmith Masahachi of Shimo-machi to Toju, father of Kii-ya Kihei. At that time, there were inadequate considerations regarding Miyoshi-ya Bunshiro of Hokoji-machi, which resulted in an ongoing matter. This time, following a petition from the transferor Kihei, both parties were summoned for examination, and we were ordered to reach a mediation through your understanding. We have complied and reached an agreement whereby Ginzo paid ten ryo in gold as compensation to Bunshiro, Bunshiro transferred the building to Ginzo, and regarding the land, a new transfer from Kihei to Ginzo has been arranged through mediation and completed.
