市之瀬村又左衛門の郷宿料の支払いに支障があることについてお願い申し立てをいたしましたところ、御役所表において厚いご理解をいただき、双方ともに恐縮し、有り難く存じます。これにより示談が成立いたしましたので、お願い申し上げました願書をお返しいただけますよう、お願い申し上げます。

As a result, an amicable settlement has been reached, so we respectfully request that the petition documents we submitted be returned to us.
