私儀酒造家之義ニ付去ル辰十二月御裁件
被成下罷在候処今以普請金勘定不仕其上
品々取繕之儀ヲ申片付ニも不相成当惑仕候
再応御厄介奉願上候儀奉恐入候得とも
伊右衛門江御理解被成下双方和談仕御裁件
面之通普請令勘定致候様何卒以

現代語訳
恐れながら
私の酒造業の件につきまして、去る辰年十二月に御裁決をいただき現在に至っておりますが、今もって普請金の勘定ができておらず、その上様々な取り繕いの件も片付けることができず困っております。
再び御厄介をおかけして願い上げることは恐れ入りますが、伊右衛門に御理解いただき、双方で和談し、御裁決の面の通り普請の勘定をするよう、何卒御慈悲をもって願い上げます。
右の趣旨につき 中町

With utmost respect,
Regarding my sake brewing business matter, I received your judicial decision in the 12th month of the year of the Dragon and have been proceeding accordingly. However, I have still not been able to settle the accounts for construction costs, and furthermore, I have been unable to resolve various repair matters, leaving me in great difficulty.
Though I am deeply sorry to trouble you again with another petition, I humbly request your mercy in helping Iemon understand the situation so that both parties may reach an amicable settlement and settle the construction accounts as stipulated in your judicial decision.
