覚書
一、御鉄砲威筒四挺
右の件につきまして、この度拝借をお願い申し上げましたところ、ご許可をいただき、誠にありがたく存じます。確かにお渡しいただき、受け取らせていただきました。今後は大切に扱い、また平時には弾込めをしてはならないとのご指示を承り、謹んで承知いたしました。
つきましては、受領書を提出いたします。以上。

We understand that we must handle them with great care, and we humbly acknowledge the instruction that we must not load them with ammunition during peacetime.
