一、御中間より罷り越して申し聞かせたところによれば、
遠州者が罷り越しますにつき、諸間において初度の
手続きを取らせるとのことにつき、すなわち左の通り
申し立てた。

One, Regarding the above: the manservant's assignment was concluded on the eighth day; on the ninth day, the various tools and equipment at Kawachō were gathered up; the tenth and eleventh days were designated as rest days; and from the twelfth day, he is to be returned [to his original post]. Furthermore, the matter was conveyed verbally to Lord Rokuemon through Sōhei.
Twelfth day
One, The exchange of various passes/tags was completed without incident.
Thirteenth day
One, The manservant came and reported that a person from Tōtōmi Province (Enshū) was arriving, and that initial procedures were to be carried out at the various offices/rooms. Accordingly, the following was submitted as a formal statement:
