1. Regarding the official matsutake mushroom duty (*matsutake goyō*) in Nakazawa village (*Nakazawa-gō*) — having completed the rounds of the rural areas (*zarimawari*) and finished the payments, [I] shall begin serving as the monthly duty officer (*tsukiban*) from today. As for Mizoguchi Itaroku, since it falls on a *tomi-bi* (auspicious/lottery day), [the matter] was discussed and [he] will attend to [the duty].

1. Today, as customary, there was a formal courtesy call (*orei*). A copy [was made], immediately ■.
