現代語訳
【右丁】
発行することになったので、そなたたちに
引替所を申し付ける。ついては当局
において銭札と引き換える正札を
渡しておくので、いつでも引き替えに来ても
差し支えなく引き替えるように。もっとも
百文につき一文ずつの割合で
引替手数料を差し出すよう村々へ
申し渡しておいたので、引き換える際には
受け取ること。

一、今度製造する銭札については
全国流通させることに
なったため、他の支配地の極印の銭札が
流入してきても差し支えなく
通用させるよう触れ出しておいたので、ついては
極印鑑一枚を渡しておくので
照合して他の支配地の極印の銭札を
持参して引き替えに差し出しても
差し支えなく引き換えること。
一、引き替えた枚数については毎月
月末に取り調べ、翌月一日に
引換札と銭札を持参すること。
その内、引き替え処で元々引き
受けた高を超過した場合は
臨時に申し出ること。処置の次第は
その時に指示があること。
