【右丁】
鑑札・提灯・掛札を渡して
おくので、引換所の御用以外には
みだりに使用してはならない。その旨の
請書を差し出すこと。
一、当然のことではあるが、
引き替えに支障などがないよう誠実に
心がけること。万一遅滞することが
あれば、不便を
招くことになり、諸民の便
利を失わせる重大事である
ので、この点を心得て至
誠をもって尽力すること。
右の条々を十分に心得るべきである。

Official permits, lanterns, and hanging signs are provided
to you, so they must not be used carelessly for purposes
other than exchange office duties. A written pledge
to this effect must be submitted.
1. Though it goes without saying,
conduct yourself with sincerity so that there are no hindrances
to exchanges. Should there be any delays,
it would cause inconvenience
and deprive the people of their convenience,
which would be a serious matter.
Therefore, keep this in mind and
make every sincere effort.
The above articles should be thoroughly understood.
