右は当辰年の御役料米として下し置かれ、川下郷より卯年の御納米をもって御渡し成し下され、確かに請け取り申し上げ候。

The above rice has been granted as administrative stipend rice for this Year of the Dragon, delivered from Kawashimo village using the tax rice from the previous Year of the Rabbit, and we have certainly received it.
