今般鉾持村とも母ゟ御願立仕候段蒙
御沙汰奉恐入候右御願立ニ者天保年中金廿両
又金五両ニ而田畑預ケ候御願立ニ御座候得共私養父
存生中天保十五辰年正月金三拾両ニ而田所譲請
同年九月又候金五両ニ而畑幷寄セ之分譲請都合
金三拾五両ニ而永譲証文弐通請取罷在候翌春ニ

このような訴状を差し出されたので、返答書を作成し、
来る二十日に役所へ提出すること。

恐れながら返答書をもって願い上げ奉る事
このたび鉾持村とも母より願い立てされた件について御沙汰を承り、恐れ入っております。右の願い立てには天保年中に金二十両、また金五両で田畑を預かったとの願い立てでございますが、私の養父が存命中の天保十五辰年正月に金三十両で田所を譲り受け、同年九月にまた金五両で畑並びに寄進分を譲り受け、都合金三十五両で永代譲渡証文二通を受け取り所持しております。翌春には

Regarding the recent petition submitted by Tomo's mother from Hokoji Village, we have received your ruling and are deeply grateful. The aforementioned petition claims that during the Tenpo era, fields were entrusted for 20 ryo of gold and another 5 ryo of gold.
