有之候処去ル安政五午年右佐太郎ゟ酒造権
私方へ譲請稼方仕罷在候処今般御鑑札御書替被
仰出候ニ付米高弐拾四石増高奉願上御取置金
御上納仕都合米高五拾石造之御鑑札頂戴仕度

恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ奉る件
松平石見守様の御領分である信州佐久郡上海瀬村の百姓与惣治が所持していた御鑑札による酒造米高二十六石の製造権を、松平丹波守様のお預かり地である伊那郡羽広村の佐太郎方へ譲り渡したところ、去る安政五年午年に右の佐太郎から酒造権を私の方へ譲り受け、稼業を営んでおります。この度、御鑑札の御書き替えが仰せ出されましたので、米高二十四石の増高を願い上げ、御取置金を御上納いたし、都合米高五十石製造の御鑑札を頂戴いたしたく存じます。これにより願い上げ奉ります。

Respectfully submitted as a petition through oral statement
Regarding the sake brewing license held by the farmer Yosōji of Kamikaise Village, Saku District, Shinshū, in the domain of Lord Matsudaira Iwami-no-kami, for twenty-six koku of rice for sake production: this license was transferred to Satarō of Habiro Village, Ina District, under the custody of Lord Matsudaira Tamba-no-kami. In the 5th year of Ansei (1858), the year of the Horse, I received the sake brewing rights from the aforementioned Satarō and have been conducting this business. Now that the reissuance of licenses has been ordered, I respectfully petition to increase production by twenty-four koku of rice, submit the required fee, and receive a license for a total of fifty koku of rice for sake production.
