一吟白大豆百文に付弐合
豆腐壱挺代弐百四拾八文
右之通売出仕度奉願上候以上
辰正月 豆腐屋共
右書付廿日於御役所 御取次田中氏御差出申上候
乍恐以口上書奉願上候御事
当時町地方揚酒売之者大桶建駄外
売等多分被致酒造家同様之取扱
致候ては酒株持来之者渡世難成難渋
仕候以御憐愍御差留奉願上候私共従
御上様頂戴米にて酒造仕直段之義御願立之
上蒙 御沙汰其上直段取扱仕候乍恐文化
年中横町島屋太七と申者駄外売仕候に付

右の書付を二十日に御役所において、御取次田中氏が御提出申し上げました。
恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ奉る件
現在町地方で升酒売りをする者が大桶を建てて駄売りなど多く行い、酒造家同様の取り扱いをしておりますが、これでは酒株を持参してきた者の商売が成り立たず困窮いたします。御憐愍をもって御差し止めくださいますよう願い上げ奉ります。私どもはお上様からいただいたお米で酒造りをし、価格についてはお願いを立てた上で御沙汰をいただき、その上で価格取り扱いをいたしております。恐れながら文化年中に横町の島屋太七と申す者が駄売りをいたしましたので
