御住居に出向いたところ、御意を承り、その後御帳場に出向いたところ次の通りでした。
「知事様におかれましては益々御機嫌よく東京表へ御発駕されました。恐悦至極に存じます。」
一、宗門改めのための御用で民治方が在中するため、糴場に出向くよう御沙汰がありましたので、日割りを次の通りといたします。

右の件について忠衛並びに湊が出役いたしました。
