受け取った。なお局長にもその旨を報告した。

一 弁天祭礼を前にして向町役所に出向いた。
灯籠張りなどのため小吏が全員出向き、また祭礼金
一両を目付の才兵衛へ渡した。
十四日
一 祭礼につき左記の通り出向いた

- Went to the Mukaimachi office in preparation for the Benzaiten festival.
All minor officials went out for lantern hanging and other preparations, and
one ryō for the festival was handed over to the inspector Saibyōe.

As there was an official announcement as per the separate document,
before the inspection visit by officials from the Ministry of Military Affairs,
all fine timber such as zelkova, chestnut, oak, pine, beech,
and shōji trees in the former domain residences under this prefecture's jurisdiction
are prohibited from being cut down.
