止めるべきである。ただし、やむを得ない事情があって切り払う場合は、詳細を当県へ申し立てていただきたい。

　　海軍の件は現在の急務であり、特に
　　船艦の製造が緊要なため、良木材の
　　取り調べとして兵部省の官員を派遣する
　　ので、出張の際は各府藩県において
　　役員が立ち会い、支障のないよう取り計らうこと。

　　軍艦製造の用途のため良木材の

　　ので、かねてお布令が出されているが、
　　当該官員の出張以前は、その管内の私邸
　　であっても、ケヤキ、栗、松、ブナ、シオジ等の
　　良材は一切伐採してはならないよう取り締まること。
　　　　ただし、やむを得ない事情があって切り払いたい場合は兵部省へ
　　　　申し出ること。

　　Naval affairs are an urgent matter at present, and particularly
　　the construction of ships and vessels being of critical importance, officials from the Ministry of Military Affairs
　　are being dispatched to investigate good timber.
　　Therefore, when they make their official visits, officials from each fu, han, and ken shall
　　attend and ensure there are no obstacles to their work.

　　For the purpose of warship construction, officials from the Ministry of Military Affairs
　　are being dispatched to investigate good timber.
　　As official proclamations have already been issued regarding this matter,
　　before the dispatch of said officials, within their jurisdiction, even on private estates,
　　all fine timber such as zelkova, chestnut, pine, beech, and shioji
　　must be strictly prohibited from cutting.
　　　　However, if there are unavoidable circumstances requiring cutting, applications must be
　　　　submitted to the Ministry of Military Affairs.
