二日
一、上島村と渡戸村の入会地である鍋倉硯山の争いについて、解決に向けて以下の通り話し合いがまとまった。

一番口上石の場所で石が出ない場合は、
次の場所に移ることができる。そうすると間数が縮まるため、
五分の一の分け前も相応に減らすものとする。たとえば
九十間になった場合は、五分の一の割合で十八間、
五分の四で七十二間となる。右の土地の割り当てのため、
近日中に小吏を派遣する旨を局長に連絡した。
五日
一、右の土地割り当てのため、小吏松沢利東太を今日
派遣した。
七日
一、右の同人による土地の割り当てが済み、今日帰って来た。
八日
一、以下の届け出を今日庁掌に提出した。
私は風邪をひいているため、今日から
引き上げて療養いたします。この旨をお届けいたします。

One: Regarding the dispute over Nabekura Suzuriyama, which is common land (iriai) between Ueshima Village and Watado Village, discussions have been arranged as follows for resolution:

One-fifth Location of the first quarry site
20 ken Ueshima Village Kinshirō
Watado Village Monuemon

80 ken Ueshima and Watado villages collectively
If no stone can be quarried from the first quarry site,
they may move to the next location. In that case, since the area would be reduced,
the one-fifth share should be proportionally decreased. For example,
if it becomes 90 ken, the one-fifth portion would be 18 ken,
and four-fifths would be 72 ken. For this land allocation,
I have informed the bureau chief that a clerk will be dispatched soon.
5th day
One: For the aforementioned land allocation, clerk Matsuzawa Ritōta was
dispatched today.
7th day
One: The aforementioned person completed the land allocation and returned today.
8th day
One: The following notification was submitted to the office head today:
I have caught a cold, so from today
I will withdraw and recuperate. I hereby submit this notification.
