馬市が開催されるため受け取りたく、
この件についてご指示をいただきたく存じます。
八月十五日
右を局長へ提出したところ、受け取り可能、
渡すべしとのご指示をいただきました。
一、官林規則書が局長からお下げ渡しとなり、
写しを取っておきました。
山林の件については追って連絡する事項も
ありますが、当分の間は別紙の通り心得て
おくこと。

When this was submitted to the Bureau Chief, we received
instructions that the items could be received and should be delivered.
One: The official forest regulations document was handed down from the Bureau Chief,
and I made a copy.
Regarding forest matters, there are items to be
communicated later, but for now please follow
the attached document.
