一 今日満島村ゟ岩垂滝登罷帰申候
一 左之通庁掌方へ御届差出申候
私儀民治方御用被 仰付候に付
明廿五日未明洗馬郷え出立仕候
此旨御届申上候也

追て留守世話荒川瀬平相頼置申候也

一 朝五時頃出宅岡村孫蔵殿へ罷出
夫より卯の木昼食平出村名主方に

一 右同刻頃出立塩尻宿大坂屋孫七
方にて昼食
一 塩尻局え此度出張之趣宿役人を以
申入候処今日休局には候得共何レ御案内
次第参局いたし呉候様返答有之候
夫ゟ宿役人を以案内有之候間
局え罷出手札差出候処千野権大属

このことについて、この度岡村孫蔵殿が立会いのもと
御見分をなさるためにお越しになることに付き、民治方の代理として
出役するよう仰せ付けられた
同二十四日
一 今日満島村から岩垂滝登が帰参した
一 左記の通り庁掌方へ届出を差し出した
私は民治方の御用を仰せ付けられたため
明日二十五日未明に洗馬郷へ出立いたします
この旨をお届け申し上げます

方にて昼食をとった
一 塩尻局へこの度出張する趣旨を宿役人を通じて
申し入れたところ、今日は休局であるが、いずれご案内
次第で参局してくれるよう返答があった
そこで宿役人を通じて案内があったので
局へ参り手札を差し出したところ、千野権大属が
