知事公御住居へ参賀有之候処
爾後被廃候事
右之趣闔県其向々へ相達候也

一 鈴木金十今日満島村へ致出立候

一 此度開産局御廃に付従前之諸
道具類売払候様御沙汰に付古道具や
永楽屋清三郎呼出直段図り為致
横帳に仕立局長え差出申候
八日
一 開産局え罷出諸道具売払申候
十日
一 右同局為受取営繕方古田簏蔵
井上宅平《割書：小吏｜》高橋源七罷出候に付別紙
建具目録之通引渡相済其後
局長え左之通端書差出申候

一 この度開産局が御廃止になることにつき、従前の諸
道具類を売り払うよう御沙汰があったので、古道具屋
永楽屋清三郎を呼び出し値段を図らせ、
横帳に仕立て局長へ差し出した
八日
一 開産局へ出向き諸道具を売り払った
十日
一 右同局の受け取りのため営繕方の古田簏蔵、
井上宅平《割書：小吏｜》高橋源七が出向いたので、別紙
建具目録の通り引き渡しが済み、その後
局長へ以下の通り端書を差し出した

One: Suzuki Kinjū departed for Mitsushima Village today.
7th day
One: Since the Industrial Development Bureau was abolished this time, and orders were given to sell off all the previously used equipment and tools, we called out the second-hand dealer Eirakuya Seizaburō to appraise the items, compiled them in a ledger, and submitted it to the Bureau Chief.
8th day
One: Went to the Industrial Development Bureau and sold off various tools and equipment.
10th day
One: For the handover of the said bureau, Maintenance Department's Furuta Rōzō, Inoue Takuhei《marginal note: clerk｜》and Takahashi Genshichi came, so we completed the handover according to the separate building fixtures inventory, and afterwards submitted the following note to the Bureau Chief:
