別紙の通り冬川の分を渡し
明日十三日四時から九時まで県庁へ印紙を

Since the firewood distribution method in the prefecture has been revised,
there remains a balance from the summer river distribution,

Tomorrow, the 13th, from 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock, stamped paper should be
submitted to the prefectural office. This matter should be communicated to the recipients.
