One: I issued the following directive to Irinoya Township:
This time, regarding the downstream transport of official firewood from Mimpukawa, Oyokokawa, and Kumazawa rivers only, the villages should ensure there are no obstructions to irrigation channels and river maintenance work. This directive should be communicated down to all small farmers and villagers.
