被下候様申達候処先例之通被下
相成其旨役人へ及沙汰候
一 板町村樋ヶ沢御林何者か乱妨に
伐荒候に付左之通高札弐枚相渡
申候

官林中猥に伐荒シ候体裁相見
不埒之事に候向後右様之儀有之
候はゝ急度取締可申付者也

二日
一 樋ヶ沢御林の風折れ並びに立ち枯れ木等を山守へ
下げ渡していただくよう申し上げたところ、先例の通り下げ渡し
決定となり、その旨を役人へ連絡しました
一 板町村樋ヶ沢御林を何者かが乱暴に
伐採して荒らしたため、以下の通り高札二枚を渡し
申しました

一 この林の内へその村役人・山守以外は
一切入ってはならないこと
一 枯木・下草とも指図なしに
取って荒らしてはならないこと

右高札へ下げ紙
官林中をみだりに伐採し荒らす様子が見受けられ
不届きなことである。今後このようなことが
あれば必ず取り締まりを命ずるものである

1. Regarding wind-damaged and standing dead trees in Higasawa official forest
being given to the forest guards, when we requested this, it was decided
to grant them as per precedent, and we notified the officials of this matter.
1. Because someone unlawfully cut and damaged trees in Higasawa official forest
in Itamachi village, we delivered two notice boards as follows:

1. No one except village officials and forest guards may
enter this forest
1. Dead trees and undergrowth must not be taken or damaged
without permission
The above provisions must be strictly observed. If anyone
violates them, they will be severely punished

Supplementary notice attached to the above board:
It has been observed that official forests are being recklessly cut and damaged,
which is improper conduct. Hereafter, if such incidents occur,
strict enforcement measures will be ordered
