一、床の間には簾台を掛ける。床の間の右脇には衣桁を置き（浴衣や手ぬぐいを掛けるべきです）、袱紗を結び付けるべきです。手ぬぐい掛けは黒棚の左の方に置くべきです。床の間の簾台には薄絹を当座の打掛として置きます。これは輿入れがあって化粧直しの間の飾りです。
一、奥の化粧の間の飾りは十二の手箱と貝桶を寝所の床に飾るべきです。手箱は左、貝桶は右に置き合わせるのです。
一、寝室の灯火は行灯です。枕は北枕が本式です。
㊇ 酌・加えの作法の事（長柄銚子・錫の子並びに図）
嫁取りの酌は二足歩いて加えるべきです。加えは六足歩くのです。婿入りは一足、加えは七足と心得るべきです。長柄を十二箇所巻くべきです。閏月には十三箇所巻きます。左手をつき、右手に長柄の酒の注ぎ口を自分の右になし、横に長柄を持ち、酒は先へ注ぐべきです。式三献の酌はいずれも三度ずつ加えるのです。
