ず難産の事 穏婆（とりあけばゝ）の功者（こうしや）医者（いしや）の薬力（やくりき）にてしるし
をうる事なれば今（いま）こゝにしるさす妙 薬（やく）などはこゝにしるし
て急なるときのたすけとするり

心（じん）して水（みつ）にて産婦にのましむべしそのまゝむまるゝ

【十三】難産の妙薬 付けたり 灸法
海に海馬という魚があり、この海馬を産婦の手の内に握らせれば難産なしと言われている。海馬は杓凪という魚に似ている。また子安貝という貝があり、この貝に早目を入れて飲めば安産するのである。図を表すので見知っておくべし。

難産するというのは懐妊のとき身持ちが悪く、産に臨んで時節が至らないのに力むのが早いことによって、逆産といって足を出し、横産といって手を出すたぐいの難産がある。いかほどの難産といっても、慌て騒いで産婦を驚かすべきではない。難産のことは取り上げ婆の功者や医者の薬力にて効果を得ることなれば、今ここに記さない妙薬などはここに記して急なるときの助けとするのである。
一、子が生まれかねる苦しみには「伊勢」という字を紙に書き、信心して水にて産婦に飲ましむべし。そのまま生まれるのである。「伊勢」という字を砕いて見れば「人尹生丸力」（人これ生まるるは丸力）と読む。

If you break down the characters "Ise," it reads as "hito kore umaruru wa maru chikara" (a person is born through circular power).
