なれは神力にてむまるゝの理あるべき事なり
一 熊掌（くまのて）にて腹（はら）腰（こし）をなでおろせはむまるゝものなり
一 産婦（さんふ）の右の足（あし）の小指（こゆび）のとがりの頭（かしら）にむぎつぶほど
にして三炷灸（みひきう）すればいかやうの難産にてもそのま
まむまれて平産するなり又 腰（こし）の十六の推（すい）にならべて
三 所（ところ）灸（きう）してもよし
一手（て）をいだし足（あし）をいださはほそき針（はり）にて子（こ）の手（て）の内（うち）
足（あし）のうらにふかさ二 分（ふ）ばかりに針（はり）をさしそのあとに
塩（しほ）をぬれば子（こ）手足（てあし）をうちへひくものなり手足（てあし）おさま

一 乳（ちゝ）はれいたみ寒熱（かんねつ）をなし乳（ち）いでだ【ざ？】るには葱（ひともじ）のしろねをひ
げともにすりたゝらし乳（ち）のはれたるうへにあつくぬりたる
うへに紙（かみ）をしき温石（をんじやく）をやき布（ぬの）につゝみくだんのひともじ
のうへにおほへはあせいでゝいゆ又すこしのはれにはしやう
かの汁（しる）をあたゝめいくたひも鳥（とり）のはねにて引（ひく）も妙（みやう）なり
一 白丁香（はくてうかう）一 味（み）粉（こ）にして二匁つゝ酒（さけ）にて用（もち）ゆるもよし
一 乳（ちゝ）のたる薬（くすり）あづきの汁（しる）をさい〳〵のめば乳（ち）たるもの也
又かんざうはすの葉（は）とうぶんにしてせんじ用（もちゆる）もよし
又 露蜂房（とうはちのす）のくろ焼（やき）さけにて用（もち）ゆるも妙（めう）なり
現代語訳
なれば神力にて生まれるの理があるべきことなり
一、熊の手にて腹・腰を撫で下ろせば生まれるものなり
一、産婦の右の足の小指の尖りの頭に麦粒ほどにして三壮灸すれば、いかようの難産にてもそのまま生まれて安産するなり。また腰の十六の椎に並べて三ヶ所灸してもよし
一、手を出し足を出さば、細き針にて子の手の内、足の裏に深さ二分ばかりに針を刺し、そのあとに塩を塗れば子は手足を内へ引くものなり。手足収まりたらば、とくと産門に向かわせ力むべし
【十四】産後乳腫れ痛む薬 並びに乳の出る薬
一、乳腫れ痛み寒熱をなし、乳出でざるには、葱の白根を髭ともに擦り叩き、乳の腫れたる上に熱く塗りたる上に紙を敷き、温石を焼き布に包み、件の葱の上に覆えば汗出でて癒ゆ。また少しの腫れには生姜の汁を温め、幾度も鳥の羽にて引くも妙なり
一、白丁香一味、粉にして二匁ずつ酒にて用ゆるもよし
一、乳の出る薬 小豆の汁を細々飲めば乳出るものなり。また甘草・蓮の葉等分にして煎じ用ゆるもよし。また露蜂房の黒焼き、酒にて用ゆるも妙なり
