現代語訳
鼻息にて子の囟門を覆うべからず。病気が出るなり。
一、粟の枕を作り、子が寝入った時に腹の上に置くべし。
右のほか小児の諸病は医者の知ることなれば、ここに省略す。
【十七】女中方服忌令
一、月経の穢れ七日間慎むべし。十日目より神へ参るべし。
出産の穢れは父七日、母は三十五日なり。八日目よりは出入り・同座・同火の人は二夜三日を隔てて神に参るべし。
一、流産の穢れ、三ヶ月までは月経に同じ。四ヶ月・五ヶ月に及べば父は五日、母は十日、神事に慎むべし。

Do not cover the child's fontanelle with breath from the nose, as illness will arise.
1. Make a millet pillow and place it on the child's belly when they fall asleep.

【Seventeen】Rules of Abstinence and Purification for Women
1. For the impurity of menstruation, abstain for seven days. From the tenth day onward, one may visit the gods.
For the impurity of childbirth, the father abstains for seven days, the mother for thirty-five days. From the eighth day onward, those who enter and exit the same place, sit together, or share the same fire should wait two nights and three days before visiting the gods.
1. For the impurity of miscarriage, up to three months is the same as menstruation. If it reaches four or five months, the father should abstain from religious ceremonies for five days, the mother for ten days.
