一しら血（ち）長血（ながち）には

田螺（たにし）をとり口（くち）へ巴豆（はづ）の粉（こ）をすこしつゝひねり入（いる）れは
あわをはくもの也さて腋（わき）の下（した）の毛（け）をぬきよく〳〵あら
ひ右（みぎ）の田螺（たにし）のあわをつくればたゞれいたむなりいたむう
ちは何日（いくか）にてもそのまゝをきかゆくなるとき湯（ゆ）にて
あらひおとし丹礬（たんはん）《割書：大｜》 軽粉（はらや）《割書：中｜》 鹿茸（しゝのふくろつの）《割書：小｜》 三 味（み）を粉（こ）に
して付（つけ）べし一 代（たひ）の根（ね）を切（▢▢）くすり也又わきの下（した）を酢（す）
にてあらひ少（ちと）すりやぶり銅（あかゝね）のせんくずの粉を酢（す）にて
わかしぬりたるも妙薬（めうやく）なり
一おゑ痛（ち）の薬（くすり） 石（いし）ばいをやきかへし水（みづ）にてとき付（つけ）てよし
一はしり痔（ぢ）の薬（くすり） 棕櫚（しゆろ）の皮（かわ）を黒（くろ）やきにしてゆにて用（もち）ゆ
一こせがさの薬（くすり） 硫黄（いわう） 檳榔子（びりろうじ） 軽粉（はらや） 右三 味（み）と
うぶん粉（こ）にして水（みづ）にてねり付（つけ）てよし
一きしゆの薬（くすり） ほとゝぎすの黒（くろ）やきを付（つく）る妙（めう）なり

右つゝみあつきゆにてあらひてよし
現代語訳
柔らかく崩れるほどに煮て服用するとよい。
また正真の膃肭臍（オットセイの陰茎）を味噌汁で服用してもよい。
一、白血・長血（不正出血）には
鶴を塩漬けにしたものを黒焼きにして白湯で服用すべきである。
脇の臭いには
田螺を取り、口に巴豆の粉を少しずつ練って入れると
泡を吹くものである。そして脇の下の毛を抜き、よく洗い、
右の田螺の泡を付けると爛れて痛むものである。痛むうちは
何日でもそのままにしておき、痒くなる時に湯で
洗い落とし、丹礬（大）軽粉（中）鹿茸（小）三味を粉にして
付けるべきである。一代の根を切る薬である。また脇の下を酢で
洗い、少し擦り破り、銅の銭屑の粉を酢で
溶かして塗るのも妙薬である。
一、陰部の痛みの薬 石灰を焼き返して水で溶いて付けるとよい
一、痔瘻の薬 棕櫚の皮を黒焼きにして湯で服用する
一、疥癬の薬 硫黄、檳榔子、軽粉、右三味を
等分に粉にして水で練って付けるとよい
一、寄生虫の薬 杜鵑の黒焼きを付けるのが効果的である
一、湿疹の薬 硫黄（大）、なもみ（大）、雄黄（少）、胡椒（中）
右を包み、熱い湯で洗うとよい
