朝廷御用ト厚相弁ヘ月々金子調達仕候処
去未十月之至リ御操合ニ而金高三ノ二御返米ニ

朝廷の御用として厚く心得て、月々金子を調達いたしましたところ、去る未年十月に至り、御操合（やりくり）によって金高の三分の二を御返米として下げ渡され、残金三分の一のところは昨申年の御収納によって元利ともに下げ渡していただく旨の御証書をいただいて保管しておりましたところ、申年六月中に至り、元高遠県の御役人中より仰せ渡されましたのは、今般御廃県が仰せ出されましたにつきましては、壬申年の御収納米によって下げ渡されました御証書の件は御取消になり、御請書を提出するようにとの仰せ渡しがあり、則ち
