永譲渡申家屋敷舗酒蔵酒道具酒帘之事
一 本町北側之内正徳四甲午年御改通下り町橋ゟ西江表口
五間弐尺裏行三拾弐間大境迠幷有来候御帳面也右
高弐百四拾石之酒帘壱本相添酒蔵酒道具別紙帳面
之通品々不残貴殿江譲渡申候右之為禮金新金
参百七拾両慥請取り申所実正明白也
一 御公儀様御役儀者町並ニ御勤可被成候此家屋敷酒
蔵酒道具酒帘品々ニ付諸親類者不及申横合ゟ
違乱妨申者子々孫々迠無之候万一何様之六ヶ
敷義出来仕候共我等何方迠も罷出證人立会急度
埒明掛御苦労不申相定之通り少茂相違申
間敷候為後日永譲證文仍而如件

現代語訳
家屋敷・店舗・酒蔵・酒造道具・酒造免許を永久に譲渡する件について
一、本町北側の内、正徳四年甲午年の御検地帳による下り町橋から西へ、間口五間二尺、奥行三十二間、大境まで。並びに従来からの御帳面記載の通り。右の高二百四十石の酒造免許一本を添えて、酒蔵・酒造道具は別紙帳面の通り、品々残らず貴殿へ譲渡いたします。右の対価として新金三百七十両を確かに受け取りました。これは真実明白です。
一、幕府のご用務については町並みと同様にお勤めください。この家屋敷・酒蔵・酒造道具・酒造免許の品々について、諸親類は言うまでもなく、第三者から異議申し立てや妨害をする者は子々孫々まで決してありません。万一何らかの面倒な問題が生じても、我等がどこまでも出向いて証人立会いのもと、きっと解決し、ご苦労をおかけしないよう、取り決めの通り少しも相違ないようにいたします。後日のため、永久譲渡証文として、よって件の如し。

Regarding the Permanent Transfer of House, Shop Premises, Sake Brewery, Sake Brewing Equipment, and Sake Brewing License
1. Within the northern side of Honmachi, according to the land survey records from Shotoku 4, Year of Kinoe-Uma: from Sagari-machi Bridge westward, frontage of 5 ken 2 shaku, depth of 32 ken, extending to Daizakai. Along with the existing official records as previously documented. The aforementioned sake brewing license for 240 koku production capacity, together with the sake brewery and brewing equipment as detailed in the separate inventory, all items without exception are hereby transferred to you. As compensation for this transfer, we have reliably received 370 ryo in new gold. This is truthfully and clearly stated.
1. Regarding official duties for the shogunate, please perform them in the same manner as other townspeople. Concerning these house premises, sake brewery, brewing equipment, and brewing license, not only will no relatives, but also no third parties will ever interfere or obstruct, extending to all future generations. Should any troublesome matters arise, we will travel anywhere to appear with witnesses and definitively resolve the matter, ensuring no trouble is caused to you, with absolutely no deviation from this agreement. This permanent transfer document is executed for future reference, therefore as stated herein.
