　　為禮金新金七拾両慥受取申所実正明白也
一　御公儀様御役儀者町ニ御勤可被成候此家屋
　　敷二付諸親類者不及申横合ゟ違乱妨申者
　　子々孫々迠無之候万一何様之六ヶ敷義出来仕候共

現代語訳

家屋敷を永久に譲渡することについて

一、下り町北側の内、正徳四年甲午年（1714年）の御改めの通り、本町境より東へ、間口七間に五尺、従来の横通り並びに奥行き三十一間、大境まで、立木も含めて残らず貴殿へ永久に譲渡いたします。右の礼金として新金七十両を確かに受け取りました。これは真実明白であります。

一、公儀様の御役儀については町にて御勤めになってください。この家屋敷について、諸親類はもちろん、横合いからの違乱・妨害を申す者は子々孫々まで一切ございません。万一何らかの厄介な問題が起きましても、我等がどこまでも出向いて証人立会いのもと、きっと埒を明けて、御苦労をおかけしないよう、相定めの通り少しも相違申すことはございません。後日のために譲渡証文として、よってここに記します。

Permanent Transfer Document for House and Premises

Article 1: Located on the north side of Sagari-machi, as recorded in the official survey of Shotoku 4, Year of the Metal Horse (1714), extending eastward from the Honmachi boundary, with a frontage of 7 ken and 5 shaku, along the existing lateral road and with a depth of 31 ken extending to the large boundary, including all standing trees without exception, are hereby permanently transferred to you. As compensation for this transfer, I have received 70 ryo in new gold, which I acknowledge in truth and clarity.

Article 1: Regarding official duties for the government, please carry them out within the town. Concerning this house and premises, neither relatives nor any outside parties will interfere or obstruct, extending to all descendants for generations to come. Should any troublesome matters arise, we will personally appear anywhere necessary with witnesses present to resolve the matter promptly, ensuring no inconvenience to you, with no deviation whatsoever from these established terms. This transfer document is hereby executed for future reference.
