享保八年卯年
一、本郷大蔵について、卯年八月六日に殿様が表木村江川干しをなさるため御覧になる際、竹田七郎右衛門様が御月番として五日に御屋敷へ大蔵を呼び寄せ、沢渡の掃除等をしないよう申し付けられ、その上大蔵も参上しないよう申し付けられたところ、申し付けられた義務に背いて掃除等を行い、特に大蔵も参上したため、同九日に大蔵に閉門が申し付けられ、特に門戸と共に釘付けが申し付けられ、同八月九日から十月四日に御赦免なされた。竹田七郎右衛門様が御月番でいらっしゃった。諸事については私ども三人が何でも支配するよう申し付けられた。
一、本郷源五右衛門についても、大蔵の不届きに背いて申したため、甥であるため、これもまた八月九日から同月末日まで（閉門となり）、十月四日に御赦免なされた。これもまた願い事や諸事、町並みのことについて私ども三人が支配等を申し付けられた。竹田七郎右衛門様が御月番として申し付けられた。

Kyōhō 8, Year of the Rabbit
1. Regarding Hongō Ōkura: On the 6th day of the 8th month of the year of the Rabbit, when his lordship was to inspect the drying of rice at Omote-Kimura Egawa, Takeda Shichirōemon, who was the monthly duty officer, summoned Ōkura to the mansion on the 5th day and ordered him not to perform cleaning work at Sawatari, and furthermore ordered that Ōkura should not appear. However, he disobeyed these orders by performing the cleaning work, and moreover Ōkura did appear. Therefore, on the 9th day of the same month, Ōkura was ordered into house confinement, and specifically his gate was ordered to be nailed shut. He was pardoned on the 4th day of the 10th month, from the 9th day of the 8th month. Takeda Shichirōemon was the monthly duty officer. Regarding all matters, we three were ordered to take charge of everything.
1. Regarding Hongō Gengōemon as well: Because he acted against Ōkura's misconduct, and being Ōkura's nephew, he was also (confined) from the 9th day of the 8th month until the last day of the same month, and was pardoned on the 4th day of the 10th month. For this case as well, regarding petitions and all matters concerning the town, we three were ordered to take charge. This was ordered by Takeda Shichirōemon as the monthly duty officer.
