十一月二十日 御書付控について
時節柄でもあるので、火の元に
入念に注意し、特に灰屋などは一層気を付ける
ようにすること
右の趣旨を町中に触れ回ること 以上
十一月
右の御書付は同役中で取り仕切りが済み、十町を
回って申し渡した
古金銀真字二分判、古二朱銀、並びに
文政年間の度々文字金銀、草字二分判、
二朱銀、一朱銀ともに通用停止が
仰せ出されたので、当卯年十月まで引き替えるよう
去る寅年に触れたところ、心得て引き替える銭も
多分にあるようなので、引替所の件は
なお来る辰年十月まで、これまでの通り
置かれることになった。諸事、先達て触れた通り
油断なく引き替えるべき旨、遠国の末端の
者まで心得るよう、国々在々で御料は
御代官、私領は領主・地頭から入念に
申し付けるべきである

Given the season, pay careful attention to
fire prevention, and particularly ash dealers should be
even more cautious.
The above matters shall be announced throughout the town. That is all.

The above official notice was processed by fellow officials, and
announcements were made while visiting ten districts.
The circulation of old gold and silver coins with standard characters and two-bu denominations, old two-shu silver coins, as well as
Bunsei-era repeated-character gold and silver coins, grass-script two-bu denominations,
two-shu silver coins, and one-shu silver coins has been
ordered to cease. Since it was announced in the previous Tiger year
that these should be exchanged by October of the current Rabbit year,
there appear to be many who understand and have exchange money,
so the matter of exchange offices will
continue as before until October of the coming Dragon year.
All matters should be exchanged without negligence as previously announced,
so that even those in remote provinces and rural areas understand.
In shogunal territories, magistrates should carefully
implement this, and in private domains, domain lords and local administrators should do so.
The above matters shall be announced.
