- When appointed as district representative, accompanied by this office,
one shall offer ceremonial greetings to
the Senior Retainer and Lord Magistrate, whereupon town administration is assigned,
and thereafter all district representatives shall
make rounds personally with fellow officials and register attendance
- When assigned to preparation duties, this office
shall accompany for ceremonial rounds, but currently
district representatives accompany for attendance registration

group for the appointed ceremonial rounds, with the right
