We humbly wish to prepare accordingly. The above

- When the construction office inspects the designated maintenance areas,
until now only □□ have attended,
but in Bunsei 7, year of the monkey, regarding fish offerings,
Lord Sanmizo Jōzaemon went to the wholesaler
and appeared at the official notice board area in the town district,
saying this would be appropriate. In any case, regarding the official
notice board area being within the town, this was the
first time attending
When Buddhist memorial services are held at Mankōji Temple
official notices are issued, so instructions are given to the ten towns
and guards and others are instructed to pay attention to all matters
- Self-defense watch duty day and night, one shift
Night watch is assigned
- Cleaning the main thoroughfare, water and hand buckets
are assigned
- Inspection rounds of the outcasts are assigned
- Regarding ceremonial worship, after the town service personnel attend,
this office attends. In previous years, district representatives

- Prior to the Suwa Pillar Festival, a letter from Lord Chino Shikibu:
"I respectfully write this letter. Furthermore, regarding the coming April
on whatever day the Pillar Festival is held, for those honorable persons
from your region who will attend according to the official announcement,
I shall provide lodging as in
previous times. This is to inform you accordingly.
Please kindly convey this matter
to those honorable persons who will attend.
