右之品鉾持町丁代方江遣候
一御日待宿両神主ニ而年番
一右之節町役人丁代并組頭壱

一鉾持村名主組頭幷六ケ所

階子置裏番ハ穢多廻り
昨夜限引上候段御届可申候
一町々家越此方ニ而承置候
一旅宗門此方ニ而印形被差上候
尤旅先ニ而不埒無之様厳重

一丁代退役願不及御内意直ニ
願書差出可申候
一右入札御支配様并御下役此方
立合ニ而開札致御沙汰次第
此方ニ而申渡御請之義御役所
此方より申上候は夫々両御奉行様
御支配様江御礼廻勤為致候
一御奉行様江御目見之節此方
立合小頭衆御披露御礼包
之義は先年は此方同道ニ而
御家老様御年寄様御奉行様

一、酒一斗
右の品は鉾持町町代方へ遣わす
一、お日待宿は両神主にて年番
一、右の節、町役人・町代並びに組頭は一町につき一人ずつ
一、鉾持村名主・組頭並びに六ヶ所五人組頭が罷り出る

二月
一、月番届けの節、町方木戸締め、梯子置き、裏番は穢多廻り、昨夜限り引き上げた段をお届け申すべし
一、町々家越しはこちらにて承り置く
一、旅宗門はこちらにて印形を差し上げる。もっとも旅先にて不埒なきよう厳重に申し渡す
一、町代退役願いは、お内意に及ばず直に願書を差し出すべし
一、右の入札は、お支配様並びにお下役、こちら立会いにて開札致し、お沙汰次第こちらにて申し渡し、お請けの義はお役所、こちらより申し上げるのは、それぞれ両お奉行様・お支配様へお礼廻り勤めを致す
一、お奉行様へお目見えの節、こちら立会い、小頭衆お披露、お礼包みの義は、先年はこちら同道にてお家老様・お年寄様・お奉行様、町代同役同様にて取り出した処
