The legal officials and councilors have regulations that prohibit forming political parties. Even high officials return to their hometowns to care for their elderly after retirement. Also, slaves of "Negro" origin in the "Virginia" and "Carolina" regions are employed by each household and are not permanently expelled, serving until the end of their lives. Generally, the governmental system mentioned above is uniform across all states, and what they most prefer is imitating English customs. Also, in that land there are many societies that teach economics, divided into numerous schools of thought that mutually compete with each other. However, the foundation of their learning all originates from England. Also, the various ethnic groups of the states have gathered together to become one people.
