入媛ト云。八坂入 彦（ヒコ）皇子ノ娘ナリ。近江￣ノ志 賀（カ）ニ都ヲ
立テ。高穴穂（タカアナホノ）宮ニ住（スミ）タマフ。武内宿禰ヲ以テ大 臣（ジン）ト
ス。是大臣ノ始ナリ。国々 郡（コホリ）々ニ司（ツカ）サヲタテ。其￣ノ所々へ
武具（ブグ）ヲ分チツカハシ。山川（サンセン）田畠（デンハタ）村里（ソンリ）ノ境（サカイ）ヲ分（ワカ）チ定（サダメ）ラ

攻（コウ）アレトモ早世（サウセイ）ニヨリテ。帝位（テイイ）ニ即（ツカ）ズ。故ニ成務ノ時。
此仲哀ヲ太子トシテ位（クラヰ）ヲ譲（ユヅ）ル。母ハ両道（フタミチ）入媛ト云。

現代語訳
十三代
成務天皇 景行天皇の皇子。日本武尊の弟である。母は八坂入媛という。八坂入彦皇子の娘である。近江国の志賀に都を立て、高穴穂宮に住まわれた。武内宿禰を大臣とした。これが大臣の始まりである。国々・郡々に司を立て、その各地に武具を分けて送り、山川・田畑・村里の境界を分けて定められた。百姓は喜んで、天下は無事であった。在位六十年で崩御された。御年百七歳。
十四代
仲哀天皇 日本武尊の皇子。成務天皇の甥である。日本武尊は大いに功績があったが早世したため、帝位に就かなかった。そのため成務天皇の時、この仲哀を皇太子として位を譲った。母は両道入媛という。

Thirteenth Generation
Emperor Seimu: Son of Emperor Keikō and younger brother of Prince Yamato Takeru. His mother was called Yasaka Irihime, daughter of Prince Yasaka Irihiko. He established his capital at Shiga in Ōmi Province and resided at Takanahonogu Palace. He made Takeuchi no Sukune his minister (daijin). This was the beginning of the office of daijin. He established governors in provinces and districts, distributed weapons to these various places, and determined the boundaries of mountains, rivers, rice fields, villages, and hamlets. The people rejoiced, and the realm was at peace. He reigned for sixty years and passed away at the age of 107.
Fourteenth Generation
Emperor Chūai: Son of Prince Yamato Takeru and nephew of Emperor Seimu. Although Prince Yamato Takeru had great achievements, he died young and thus never ascended to the imperial throne. Therefore, during Emperor Seimu's reign, he designated this Prince Chūai as crown prince and abdicated the throne to him. His mother was called Futamichi Irihime.
