以来、武士となって、父正盛まで田舎に住んでいた。伊勢国に久しく住んだので、伊勢平氏と号する。しかるに忠盛は、白河・鳥羽両院の御機嫌に適って、その家を興したので、人皆これを妬んだ。十月、宝荘厳院の供養に行幸があった。同月、上皇の高野御幸があった。
三年正月、春日・日吉に行幸。五月、石清水・加茂に行幸。
