であった。しかしながら、実平の計らいによって、時政等をわざと分散させ、頼朝は伏木に隠れ居る。実平が付き従う。景親の一族である梶原平三景時が尋ね来て、頼朝の隠れている所を見つけたと言うけれども、わざと見ないふりをして、「この山には人の跡がない」と言って、景親を伴い他所へ赴いた。頼朝は辛くも命が助かって、箱根山に入った。時政等も出会った。時政の長子宗時は、道中で討たれた。三浦介義明は、その子義澄、嫡孫和田義盛等に三百騎をつけて石橋へ遣わしたが、頼朝がすでに敗れ、行方が知れないため、三浦へ帰る道の小坪で畠山重忠に遭遇して合戦し、勝利を得た。重忠が重ねて大勢を集めて三浦の衣笠城を攻めたので、義明は八十九歳で討死した。義澄・義盛等の一族を使って頼朝を探し求めさせた。頼朝は箱根より土肥へ赴いた。

When Shigetada again gathered a large force and attacked Miura's Kinugasa Castle, Yoshiaki died in battle at the age of eighty-nine. He had his clan members including Yoshizumi and Yoshimori search for Yoritomo. Yoritomo went from Hakone to Doi.
