野参詣。時房 従（シタガ）フ 三月。実朝所望ニヨリテ。左大将
ヲ兼シメラル。其郎-従足-立￣ノ景盛出羽￣ノ守ニ任ゼラ
レ。秋田￣ノ城￣ノ介ト号ス 同月。実朝左馬寮￣ノ御 監（カン）ヲ
兼⁻任セラル。勅使少⁻外⁻記中原￣ノ重 継（ツグ）。鎌-倉へ遣（ツカハ）サレ。宣（セン）
旨（ジ）ヲ授（サヅ）ク。実朝 喜（ヨロコン）テ。勅使ニ馬三疋。砂金百両ヲアタ

六年正月、実朝が大納言に任じられた。二月、平政子が入洛し、熊野参詣を行った。時房が従った。三月、実朝の所望により、左大将を兼任させられた。その郎従である足立景盛が出羽守に任じられ、秋田城介と号した。同月、実朝が左馬寮御監を兼任させられた。勅使少外記中原重継が鎌倉へ遣わされ、宣旨を授けた。実朝は喜んで、勅使に馬三疋、砂金百両を与えた。北条泰時が讃岐守に任じられたが、泰時は辞退した。四月、平政子が鎌倉へ帰った。在京の間に従三位に叙せられた。後鳥羽上皇が政子に対面があるべしとして召したけれども、辞して院参しなかった。六月、実朝が拝賀のため鶴岡八幡宮へ参宮した。その車等の調度は、勅使内蔵頭忠綱が後鳥羽上皇の仰せを受けて持参した。また扈従の雲客数輩、並びに随身等も京都から

In the first month of the sixth year, Sanetomo was appointed to the position of Major Counselor. In the second month, Taira no Masako went up to the capital and made a pilgrimage to Kumano. Tokifusa accompanied her. In the third month, at Sanetomo's request, he was allowed to concurrently hold the position of General of the Left. His retainer, Adachi Kagemori, was appointed Governor of Dewa and took the title of Deputy Governor of Akita Castle. In the same month, Sanetomo was appointed to concurrently serve as Director of the Left Division of Bureau of Horses. The imperial messenger, Minor Secretary of the Outer Palace Nakahara no Shigetsugu, was sent to Kamakura and bestowed the imperial edict. Sanetomo rejoiced and gave the imperial messenger three horses and one hundred ryō of gold dust. Hōjō Yasutoki was appointed Governor of Sanuki but declined the position. In the fourth month, Taira no Masako returned to Kamakura. During her stay in the capital, she was granted the court rank of Junior Third Rank. Retired Emperor Go-Toba summoned her for an audience, but she declined and did not visit the imperial palace. In the sixth month, Sanetomo visited Tsurugaoka Hachiman Shrine for ceremonial worship. The ceremonial carriages and furnishings were brought by the imperial messenger, Director of the Palace Storehouse Tadatsuna, who received orders from Retired Emperor Go-Toba.
