（近衛経平が内大臣より右大臣に）昇った。堀川大納言・源具守が内大臣に任じられた。
正和三年（1314年）十一月、北条貞顕が六波羅から鎌倉へ帰った。
正和四年（1315年）三月、源具守が内大臣を辞した。洞院大納言・実泰が内大臣に任じられた。七月、北条煕時が死去した。北条基時と北条貞顕が執権・連署を務めた。基時は業時の孫である。貞顕は、義時の五男で実泰という者の曾孫である。実泰の子・越後守実時は金沢に居住し、称名寺と号した。その子を越後守顕時といい、貞顕の父である。皆が金沢に住んでいたことから、家号を金沢という。称名寺の内に文庫を建て、和漢の群書を集めた。「金沢文庫」という印を押した。儒書には黒印を用い、仏書には朱印を用いた。その旧跡は今に伝わっている。

...(Konoe Tsunehira was promoted) to Minister of the Right. Horikawa Dainagon [Minamoto no] Tokomori was appointed Minister of the Interior (Naidaijin).
In the eleventh month of the third year of Shōwa [1314], Hōjō Sadaaki returned from Rokuhara to Kamakura.
In the third month of the fourth year [of Shōwa, 1315], Minamoto no Tokomori resigned as Naidaijin. Tōin Dainagon Saneyasu was appointed Naidaijin. In the seventh month, Hōjō Hirotoki died. Hōjō Mototoki and Hōjō Sadaaki served as Shikken and Rensho respectively. Mototoki was the grandson of Nariatoki. Sadaaki was the great-grandson of a man called Saneyasu, the fifth son of Yoshitoki. Saneyasu's son, the Governor of Echigo, Sanetoki, resided in Kanazawa and took the name Shōmyōji. His son was called the Governor of Echigo, Akitoki, and was the father of Sadaaki. Since they all lived in Kanazawa, the family name came to be called Kanazawa. Within the precincts of Shōmyōji, a library (bunko) was established and Japanese and Chinese books were collected. Books were stamped with a seal reading "Kanazawa Bunko." Black seals were used for Confucian works, and vermilion seals for Buddhist works. These historic remains are transmitted to this day.
