現代語訳
（泰家が執権と金沢貞顕の連署を）させようとしたが、長崎高資が同意せず、泰家は怒って剃髪し、恵性と号した。貞顕も剃髪した。北条守時・北条維貞が連署・執権を務めたが、高時の意向を受けて執り行った。
七月、後伏見上皇の子・量仁を東宮に立てられた。天皇には御子が多くいらっしゃったが、東宮の立坊は関東（幕府）からの取り計らいによるものであったため、御心のままにはならなかった。
九月、金沢貞将が上洛し、六波羅に滞在した。しばらくして鎌倉へ帰った。
十一月、西園寺内府実衡が薨去した。大納言藤原基嗣が内大臣に任じられた。
（嘉暦）二年（1327）正月、鷹司関白冬平が薨去した。享年五十五歳。同月、禅僧正澄が元朝より来朝した。鎌倉の建長寺に住持となった。正澄とは清拙のことである。
二月、二条道平が関白に再任した。
三月、九条房実が薨去した。享年三十八歳。
十月、北条維貞が死去した。

[Takaie] attempted to have [Yasuie serve as Shikken with Kanazawa Sadaaki as Renshō], but Nagasaki Takasuke refused to agree. Yasuie, angered by this, shaved his head and took the Buddhist name Eishō. Sadaaki also shaved his head. Hōjō Moritoki and Hōjō Koresada took up the positions of Renshō and Shikken respectively, but carried out their duties according to Takatoki's wishes.
In the seventh month, Kazuhito, the son of the Retired Emperor Go-Fushimi, was installed as Crown Prince. Although the Emperor had many imperial children of his own, the appointment of the Crown Prince was determined by the Kantō (shogunate), and thus the matter could not be decided according to the Emperor's own wishes.
In the ninth month, Kanazawa Sadamasa came up to the capital and resided at Rokuhara. After some time, he returned to Kamakura.
In the eleventh month, Saionji Naifu (Minister of the Interior) Sanehira passed away. Dainagon (Major Counselor) Fujiwara no Mototsugu was appointed Naidaijin (Minister of the Interior).
In the first month of the second year [of Karyaku, 1327], Takatsukasa Kampaku Fuyuhira passed away. He was fifty-five years of age. In the same month, the Zen monk Shōchō came from Yuan-dynasty China and took up residence as abbot of Kenchō-ji in Kamakura. Shōchō is none other than Seissetsu [Shōchō].
In the second month, Nijō Michihira was reappointed as Kampaku.
In the third month, Kujō Fusazane passed away. He was thirty-eight years of age.
In the tenth month, Hōjō Koresada died.
