相尋候所羽場村利右衛門申候左之通

一去申之年御書付被下候義に付
彼是申談も仕候得共北大出村仁右衛門
名主ニ而挨拶此方にては簗打候
所存無之候と申は承申候右に付左之通り

以築川之義此方ニ而取計申候

一羽場申候は申ノ御書付被下候後
三ヶ処簗打候得共打切簗間数
半分ハ小河内村分残て半分之所
