羽場村斗に而相願書付も

一、北大出村へ申し渡しまで
一、簗の義について願い申し出候、羽
場村へ尋ね候ところ、去る申年、羽場
村より申し立て候節、両歩まで□知り候
築かない望みがないにつき、その村だけにて
相願い候様に返答に及び候。以上へ
羽場村下、並びに相願い書付も
相渡し候。その節見るべき致し候ところ
ない義、只今に至り願い出申し候や
承り届け難く候。この通りに見得る人まで
