一御網打総平痢病相煩候ニ
付三日出日ゟ不参此段十蔵殿へ
申上候当分郡右衛門壱人罷出候
一弁才天御用簗為用青そた
庄右衛門殿御屋敷■【塀ヵ】之外通にて
御小屋ゟ伐払■を請取飯坂
御茶屋下え引落候依之御在■
ゟ下役御中間通路然所道等
積も可有之哉と御金方へ以久兵衛
通路致候所晩方ニ成り十蔵殿
より久兵衛へ被仰聞候は竹木戸
明候而通路は相成不申候外川原ゟ
