名主組我等方へ可参候と申渡候
同
一若右羽場村へ相添候書付拝見
申度候ハヽ内々扣は見せ可申段
申渡候所何とそ右御書御扣私写
罷帰候様には相成候間敷哉と申候事
其義も勝手次第と申候に付惣助
写持参申候此段十蔵殿申上候
尤之事ニ被思召候趣に候

一入野谷筋小簗改十九日に罷出
可申旨指出上置候然所庄右衛門殿
被仰候趣御座候に付罷越不申候
然は■も無御座候付明日にも
溝口村段之丞名主呼寄せ

一御在城之年入野谷簗打之
届又は小簗改指出無之付
如何哉と御尋に付亥丑卯
右三ヶ年御用留扣改候所相
見不申候勿論 御在城之節
御簗上山宝は格別非持村ゟ
上は御給【？】度之被仰出扣も相見へ
不申候尤与左衛門へも承候へ共覚
不申候右に付下役久兵衛にも同役
寄合承候所右被仰出候覚
無御座と久兵衛申候は内々入野谷

名主組は我等の方へ参るべしと申し渡した
同日
一、もし右の羽場村へ相添えた書付を拝見
申し出た内に控えは見回るべき段
申し渡した所、何の所右の御書取控えを私が
帰るよう相成るべきではないと申したこと
その義は勝手次第と申したにつき惣助が
文書を持参申した。この段を十蔵殿に申し上げた所
もっともなことと思し召され候

一、金谷筋小築工事後、十九日に出向く
べきと指示し置いた。然る所庄右衛門殿が
仰せになる趣がございましたので出向いた
然らば□も御座らず、明日にも
添える。この段の御名主を呼び寄せ
認証文を取り上げた。その上にて□□
の所を申し上げるべき段、則ち久兵衛方へ
下手紙を遣わす。且つ又川干しの義の

右三ヶ年の御用筋を相改めた所
見当たり申さず。勿論御達成の節
御築上山宝は格別、非持村より
上は御給与されるべしとの仰せ出しの控えに相見え
申さず。もっとも与左衛門殿へも年候の覚え
