もの共承候得は 御在城年ニハ
先年も彼是六ヶ敷御上様にて
御苦方ニ罷成其上村方も甚
難義ニ付多くハ右之趣ニ付
簗願不仕候由誠承候段久兵衛
申聞候段申上候得は十蔵殿
被仰候は是ニ而訳相知之済申候と

一御用場下りゟ直久左衛門申合
御簗場見分仕候所水甚
引申候得共相残見候牛#1不残
流失仕候石垣十五六間ハ形チ
御座候得共是も其侭用ニハ

これらのことを年候で得れば、御在城□□には
先年も□□六十度、御上様にも
御苦労をおかけし、その上村方も甚だしく
難儀につき、多くは右の趣により
築造類を仕らず候□□年の段、久兵衛が
申し聞かせた段を申し上げ得れば、十蔵殿が
仰せになるには「これまでにて訳が相済み申した」以上
仰せ聞かされた
一、御用場下りより杢久左衛門と申し合わせ
御簗場を見合わせ仕った所、水□
引き申し得共、相残り見える□□残り
流失仕るべく、石垣十五六間は形が
御座候え共、これもその□用には
相見え申さず。その外は一通りの
川原に相成った段、御鷹につき当春
植田久兵衛に頼み申し上げ置いた、帰られた
一、十蔵殿より御手紙を下され、左の通り
「先刻御出の久兵衛へ仰せ置かれた趣
承知致した。この上なお又水を引き上げ候わば
様子を申し聞かせ有るべく候
